This year's Snowball will be held on November 15, 2008. It's a fun and festive evening to "kickoff" the holiday and ski season in Central Oregon.
The evening at the Great Hall in Sunriver includes two raffles. One for an exquisite solitaire diamond pendant from Saxon’s and a brand new 2009 ski or snowboard package from Skjersaa's. Also enjoy a gourmet dinner, silent and live auction and dancing to Countryfied.

Here is what's on the menu:
Tippy Toe Salad
Hearts of Romaine with sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and Caesar dressing
A. Grilled NY Steak in a homemade Worcestershire and Marchand du Vin Butter served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
B. Chicken Roulade complemented with artichoke, Portobello, fontina and Tarragon Jus Lie served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
C. Vegan Wellington. Seitan wrapped in a puff pastry and baked in a Morel mushroom glace and served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
