1. Sunrise to Summit
   10:30am start from the lodge at Sunrise Lodge at Mt. Bachelor
   From the start at Sunrise Lodge (Elev. 6,470’), runners must stay on Marshmallow to the top of the Sunrise chair, then everyone must stay on the designated trail that winds up to the Summit (Elev. 9,065’).
2. Bend to Bachelor Duathlon/Relay
   9:30am start at Seven Peaks Elementary School
   Cycle from Seven Peaks Elementary School (Elev. 3,700’) to Sunrise Lodge, (20 miles) then run to the summit. You can do this individually or as a relay team. 
3. Mt. Bachelor Hill Climb (TT) 20 miles/2,800 feet of climbing
   10:00am start at Seven Peaks Elementary School
   Time trial format with 30 second intervals starting from Seven Peaks School and ending at the Sunrise Lodge parking lot.  OBRA membership is required.  $5.00 one day and $20 annual licenses will be available at packet pickup at the FootZone and at the start of the race.

GETTING BACK DOWN FROM THE SUMMIT:
Mt. Bachelor will have the chairs running for participants.

PACKET PICK-UP: At the Footzone on Wall St., Friday, September 4th, between Noon-6pm or at Sunrise Lodge between 9-10 am for the run only and 8-9 am at Seven Peaks School for the Duathlon on race day and 8:30-9:30 at Seven Peaks for the Mt. Bachelor Hill Climb.  Entry fee includes a T-Shirt.
