• DESCRIPTION OF THE RACE:
  The 2009 Bend Bike n' Sport Cascade Crest has two revised courses for 2009 to showcase the best trails and the excellent grooming available at Mt. Bachelor.  The 25km option will be a continuous loop and includes "Leslie's", which hasn't been included in an MBSEF race for many years!  It will be a challenging course with 2 aid stations and a great single loop experience.  The 15km race will be a more familiar course -- a fast, rolling single loop with 1 aid station.  Both courses include the traditional Todd Lake Trail and extended flat skiing around Dutchman Flat before dropping back to Emil's Clearing for a fast finish.  Mt. Bachelor has begun grooming the Todd Lake Trail for course preview.

• RACE DIVISIONS & DISTANCE
  -Saturday, March 14, 2008 - Mass Start 
  • 15km race open to all ages
  • Men and Women 16 and older may choose to race 25km 
  • All youth 15 and younger must race 15km 
• ENTRY FEE (per person)
  • Ages 20 and Older $25.00
  • Ages 19 and Younger $15.00
• LATE ENTRY FEE (per person)
  • Registrations received after 3/11/09 will have a $5.00 late fee added. Online registration will be available until 3/12/09.
• LIABILTY RELEASE
  Liability releases are valid for the entire 2008-2009 season when properly filled out. Minors, ages 18 & under, must have a parent's signature for the release to be valid for the season. The liability release is available here or call the MBSEF office at (541) 388-0002 to have one mailed or faxed.
